Our Experience at the Possible 2023: Insights, Innovations, and Inspiration – Exporite Conference Review

This year was the Inauguration of Possible 2023, an MMA Global event and Marketing Conference. Luckily, the Exporite team was able to be in attendance for this excellent conference. Here’s our 360 review of Possible 2023!

Let’s start with the event’s location. Possible hosted this event in the world-renowned Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. This hotel is known for its luxurious atmosphere, nightlife, pool parties, and star power. However, we didn’t know (until now) its extraordinary capabilities for accommodating such a large conference.

Being Miami locals, the transportation was quite easy. All it took was a 30-minute drive and there was a public parking lot just a block away from the hotel.

The Exhibitors

Possible 2023 had some of the largest companies exhibit at the event, including Google, Uber, Canva, T-Mobile, and more. The exhibitor hall was not cramped with booths at every corner, which made walking through comfortable and seamless. Additionally, there was an outside area for additional exhibitors with a gorgeous beach backdrop.

The Speakers

The speaker lineup was packed with some of the greatest marketing minds, including Karin Timpone, CMO of MLB – Zack Kitschke, CMO of Canva – William White, CMO of Walmart, and many others.

Aside from marketing thought leaders, Possible brought out some of the brightest minds in the business world. Including A-Rod, CEO of Yahoo Jim Lanzone, and of course, the headline of the day, Elon Musk.

The session topics included everything from marketing trends, user experience, media buying, and of course, the hot topic of the moment – AI.

One thing that stood out about the structure of the Possible conference was the average session duration, which was typically around 25-35 minutes. This made it easy to pick up insights from many experts in a shorter time frame.


Possible 2023 went beyond a typical marketing convention. Some of the activities included morning Yoga on the beach, a 5k beach dash, and a beach clean up. Of course, since the event was located in Miami, they had to make proper use of the Miami environment.

Moreover, there were many parties and mixers made for attendees to network, enjoy a beer and have and have a great time with music, food, and the unmatched party ambiance of the 305!


Overall, our experience at Possible 2023 was terrific. The organizers did a great job of making the event fun and innovative. A remarkable feature they had that stood out was their custom app, which allowed for scheduling networking opportunities and staying updated with the ongoings of the event.

Possible has already announced its dates for next year’s conference, which will be held at the same venue on April 15-17, 2024. We’re excited to see what next year has in store!
